michelle donovan - lease administrator

 

Michelle Donovan joined the firm in 2003 and has held several positions with Boulos Asset Management.  As our Lease Administrator, Michelle is responsible for overseeing and tracking the leases in our company's portfolio. Prior to holding this position Michelle was an asset manager. Her knowledge of  real estate management and building operations greatly contributes to her ability to interpret leases.  Her duties include processing new leases, reporting on dates, preparing renewals and amendments, drafting official notices and gathering proper document approvals. Michelle reviews and tracks estoppels and interprets lease language. She interfaces closely with clients, brokers, tenants, property managers and accountants which allows us to work with our clients to make informed decisions and improve their portfolio performance.
